Our peculiar activity deals with mechanical machining designed to create products resulting to be very complex because of their small sizes and the high precision and special materials needed to make them. We propose machining such as: turning, milling, grinding, lapping.

for products from 0,5 mm to 150 mm of size and for small and medium quantities of lots.
We make use of modern Numerical Control Centers (CNC), traditional machines and specific micrometrical resolution control systems.
We do not only offer mechanical machining of very high quality. We are also looking for the best solution of all the technical problems related to the creation of a product and, if it was necessary or required, we would be even willing to help our customers to design their product.

Our professionality derives from the experience we got through the collaboration with customers belonging to very different fields (aeronautical, cinematographical, surgical/dentistical, high tech) and through the machining of:
traditional materials (ex. aluminium and its alloys, brass, bronze and building steel alloys)
special materials (ex. AISI 440 C, 15-PH, 17-4 PH, titanium and its alloys, nickel 201)
new materials (ex. zirconium and ceramic sintering)
